Oyster Property Surveyors Ltd was founded in 2018 by its principal surveyor Richard Glanville and is a RICS regulated firm.
With over 25 years of experience in property surveying including project and contract management to most archetypes of buildings including Grade I and II listed in both private and public sectors, working throughout East and West Kent.
We specialise in surveying residential and commercial properties for RICS homebuyer reports, property condition surveys, full building surveys, commercial and new build snagging surveys.
We cover Whitstable, Herne Bay, Beltinge, Faversham, Selling, Canterbury, Bridge, Birchington, Westgate on Sea, Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate , Folkestone, Deal, Ashford , Maidstone , Rochester , Chatham and Tunbridge Wells.
