As Chairman of Hawkinge Village Hall, I contacted Richard for his advice in respect of the external refurbishment of the hall in Hawkinge, Kent. I explained that we are a charity run organisation with limited funding. The hall was built in 1933 and required extensive refurbishment and in particular it required bringing in line with the latest requirements necessary for public use.
